All Lusiad, LLC client projects are defined by a scope of work and payment schedule. The payment schedules are always divided into at minimum two payments:
A non-refundable 50% project start deposit, and a 50% project completion payment.
These payment terms are discussed and agreed upon prior to the start of any work as defined in the scope of work and payment schedule documents.
Due to the nature of services and work product we ( Lusiad, LLC ) provide to our clients, we do not issue refunds on any project start deposits.
In the event a project is terminated on a mutual basis, any future payment for further work as defined in the scope of work documents will become void. No previous payment or deposit will be refunded.
No refunds on any payments for projects that are abandoned or lay dormant for more than 30 days.
